Koo and her family/staff did a great job of taking care of us for our seven night stay. Every day we were served up a complimentary 3-course breakfast of our choosing (omelettes, sandwiches, fruit salad and granola, etc) then we went off to explore the ruins. Koo also let us use bikes for free (they were a bit too small for our American frames) and helped us with all our turn needs; from drawing hand-written maps and Thai instructions to give our taxi drivers to a romantic sunset boat ride around the city/island-she was a great resource for all our 'forang needs'. Also the AC in our room was so powerful that we actually got cold enough to use the blankets. Ayutthaya is a little off the typical tourist path and as such language was a barrier, but Koo and her family did a great job of making it work with sign/body language, pictures and Google translate. Would go back.
