At the villa

The living area of the villa is 352 sq. m. m, it can accommodate 2-3 families. The villa is equipped with a smart home system. The pool is located inside the house, on the second floor, with a terrace. The villa has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, each bedroom has a TV. There are 2 guest bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and a dining room, a wine room, a back patio with a barbecue and sun loungers. There is a gym on site.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a completely isolated area, it can be called a separate apartment with its own kitchen, small living room, bedroom with bathroom and additional guest toilet and laundry room. In the living room on the ground floor there is a double sofa bed. On the second floor there is a living room combined with a kitchen and a dining table. Panoramic windows open completely. Also on the second floor there is a summer veranda with a swimming pool, a sofa, a dining table, a guest toilet, combined with the main living room. On the third floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with a private bathroom, built-in wardrobes and panoramic windows. In both rooms you can add a folding bed and a playpen bed for your baby free of charge.

There is access to a large terrace with a barbecue, sun lounger and garden furniture. This exit can also serve as the entrance to the villa, so if you wish, you can not see the guests living on the third floor, but meet only in the living room, on the summer terrace or back patio.

On the ground floor there is a wine room, where guests can always purchase what they liked from the wine room. A safe, children's air mattresses and toys are also provided free of charge.
