Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

• One child 11 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
