The location just below Omberg and at the waterfront is beautiful! The staff was very friendly and professional. The cheap room I got was simple but everything was nice and clean, so definitely worth the low prize. So if you just want a delicious waffle, a weekend with someone or a big wedding, it's a great spot.

All in all a perfect place!

We had been hiking for a few days and didn’t really have any expectations, more than for a hot shower and good sleep.
We were welcomed by great service, a pleasant room, a beautiful harbour and a breakfast buffet with homemade bread straight from the oven. Great place for a good price. 

Hidden pearl on the lake

We visitied this place in their opening weekend for the season. We had coffee and waffles while enjoying the beautiful scenery. And the scenery is indeed the best aspect. The menu is overpriced and the service is mediocre at best. Would love to go back to Vattern, but would look for another place to stay. Recommend Omberg, unfortunately don’t recommend this place...
