If you can stay somewhere else, please DO!

This is the 3rd time I booked this resort. The owner is very nice and friendly. The rooms are big and very clean. They have blankets and hot water shower as well. It's located right next to the Base hospital. There is a small restaurant nearby where you can have all 3 meals. Highly recommended for back packers. Sadly they did not have WiFi. But the rest was excellent.

Great for backpackers

Make sure you book the large double room. It has spring mattresses. The owner is very friendly. The room I booked was very clean with thick blankets and clean towels. The floor was carpeted. Bathroom had hot water but only in the shower. There is a small balcony outside but the view is only buildings. This place is near the Nuwara Eliya hospital. So it's not hard to find. They offer half board for foreigners but not locals. There is a good restaurant down the road called princess I think. Their food was clean, spicy and cheap. I recommend this place for back packers and those who want to rest during the night. They have a car park spot for 2 vehicles but it is on the lane leading t the guesthouse and not inside the premises. The town is about 5 min drive and not far. 

The only downside was that WiFi is very slow.

Great value for money place for backpackers

Close to city, nice place. Rooms are cosy with wooden walls, carpet floors and comfy beds and blankets. Hot water is really good. Spacious. Only laks a tv. Food is good in good price too. Very friendly people. Family run guest house.

Best Place for the Price

I stayed there three days and its really nice place very cheap and friendly. Room is excellent and nobody disturbing. Not far from town. There are wheels and buses also. Also there are shops to buy foods and we can eat hot foods. Foods are also cheap near the mangala flora
