We enjoyed this accomodation a lot. We were there during the low season, there were no other guests, and we could relax on The terrace and in the small pool whenever we wanted. Joseph and His family are very kind and helpful, they become to the local Christian comunity. 

Pure relax and warm approach

We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Ocean View for just one night - the room was big, the bed comfortable, the shower hot and the a/c cool. We had use of a nice patio area, surrounded by pot plants and view over the rooftops to the sea. The rooftop plunge pool is nice to dip into and cool off. Joseph is very friendly and helpful and will take you too/from airport in his car. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance... recommend you try the onsite restaurant - it appears in Lonely Planet as one of the best around for local food. WiFi was available, but it was a little 'flakey' but that wouldn't stop me staying here again.

Nice Little Guesthouse

We had a great time in Negombo at the Petit Guest house. Room was clean and nice. Pool was great. With nice view towards the sea. Breakfast was good. Really great was that Joseph drove us to our next destination. It was not easy to find the new guest house but he remained calm and very polite. Appreciated the help a lot!! Thanks. 

Nice guesthouse and very helpful

Amazing food for dinner but consider some minutes to wait for it. Good rooms, some come with a terrace and a stunning view of the beach. Direct beach access. Warm welcome with a coconut which sparks the ultimate holiday feeling.

Great Food

We began our trip here and booked out the majority of the rooms. It felt like our own home. Renuka and Madly made us feel so welcome and we had a wonderful lunch on our arrival at the fantastic restaurant downstairs. Nothing was too much trouble and I highly recommend for a stay upon arrival before your head off to explore the island.

Great Start to the Trip

This guesthouse is located next to a bizzy route. The pictures that they took are from an rare corner, it doesn't look like the reality at all. Swimming pool is so small it looks like the size of a hot tub/normal bath.. The woman of the guesthouse tries to help but doesn't speak English that well.. We were with 2 girls got a room for 3 person, bathroom was the best part of the room. The shower was big and clean.
Last thing the airco was placed at the end of the bed so it's on your body the whole night. Because of the hot weather in Negombo now it's no possible to sleep without AC. 
Breakfast was all right, not spectacular. 
Overall we wouldn't recommend this guesthouse because of the locating, not nearby shops. When your looking out of yout balcony it's only cars that you see and hear.
