The hotel is really beautiful with a lot of attention to detail. Everybody was super friendly and helpful, rooms were really clean and spacious. The place is ideal for a romantic hideaway for a couple for 2 or 3 nights. If you are travelling alone, the place is very quiet and maybe a bit lonely. The whole area there is very quiet, only a handful of other hotels around. For the next town you need a TukTuk. But there are some tour organisors around and you can do a lot of day trips and the manager is really helpful in organizing it for you. They have a Spa with ayurvedic treatments and they offer Yoga classes. The restaurant there is ok but there are a few other restaurants in walking distance that offer more tasty local food. You just need to have a good excuse, they do like to let you go to have dinner somewhere else 😉
