H10 Conquistador Hotel

Whilst I understand that everyone has a right to an opinion, I do wonder if some of the negative reviews I've read were actually for this hotel! Have they confused their comments with a previous holiday somewhere else? 😂 Look, this hotel isn't perfect by any means but it creates a wonderful holiday experience for everyone. The reception staff have taken some stick but imo they were as good as I've ever seen. Cleaning and bar staff were polite and thorough. Poolside was spotless even the morning after the brilliant St Valentines day event which went on till 11.45am! Enough sunbeds for all, no towels down much before 9.00am as most people realised there were always enough beds. Entertainment was pretty good, could possible do with something other than singers most night. Rooms a little small but that was fine by us. Our view in room 522 was wonderful. Our shower was lovely after a day in the sun. Beds a little uncomfortable and moved around the room very easily as only on four small feet that could easily slide around the room. Bar prices are not cheap so we topped up in our room before and after food. Meals were plentiful and really well prepared; not cold, not boring! Hotel location is perfect for walking to either Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje. More than enough to keep you occupied. Hotel security made everyone feel safe. All in all you can't go wrong with this H10 hotel. I've never been anywhere in the Canaries (about 24 times now) where our accommodation is perfect but I'm not going to dismiss what I see with my eyes. This is a lovely hotel......give it a go! 👍👌👏🏼
