The apartment location is good, near the metro and Grand Via.
Furniture are new and well arranged, indoor space clean and comfortable.
It help me relax after hard-working or traveling.
One more important, the staff are professional and friendly.
Always help me and give me good advice.

As the lift door opens you just know this apartment block is beyond your expectations. The hallways are as good if not better than most hotels, but when Emelda let us in to view our apartment my first thought was, pay the bill now, 525e for 7 days, in case they had made a mistake and wanted more later. No that was the price and a bargain at that. In fact we had to wait until the 6th day before they would take money from us.

Our apartment 9H had everything, a large living room with pull down sofa bed, TV, Wifi and air conditioning. There's a hallway with a fully equipped kitchen leading off it, this includes a fridge/freezer and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Off the living room is a large bedroom with comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space, it includes an iron and iron board. The bathroom door is inside the bedroom and anyone sleeping in the living room must pass through to get to it. However the bathroom itself is large although it has a shower but no bath. It does have a hairdryer.

Then onto the balcony which is off the living room. It stretches the length of the apartment and is on a corner giving views towards parkland on one side, the roof of the palace can be seen over a building just to the left and the rest of the view includes the rooftops of the narrow streets which climb towards the back of the nearby Gran Via shopping street.

It's on the very edge of the center of Madrid but as close as you'll get to all the main attractions, especially the shops, bars etc.

The rest of the staff were helpful, including Emelda's stand in, the cleaning lady and the guy who seemed to be the handyman. 

One warning, we were returning one night and climbed the steps to the front door. Two ladies who we believed stayed in the apartments came closely behind us. As I fumbled for the key I felt a hand trying to slip into my pocket in which I had my wallet. I grabbed the hand and challenged the lady, rather the thief, who pulled away and calmly walked back down the steps followed by her friend. I ran down after them and discovered that a 3rd female had been waiting round the corner. Although I shouted after them they continued to walk calmly on and disappeared into the crowd on Grand Via. They had got nothing but I learnt a lesson, don't carry a lot of money as pick pockets are about.

I stayed here with my father who lives here. The apartment was very cosy and makes you feel at home. The administrator, cleaning ladies and the concierge are very gentle and willing to help. There is wifi, tv, a kitchen, phone, comfortable bed and couch. It is also very well located. I would add perhaps a mini oven in the kitchen, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms as well, a small but completely equiped kitchen (including washer), a huge living room with the most perfect view of Plaza de España. Metro station "plaza de españa" near (1 minute to be exact) also 24/7 public bus. Utilities included; wifi, air conditioner and heat. Located near Gran Via, Plaza del Sol and Callao you can even go from this apartment to Madrid's turistic places walking.
