Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12 per person or bring their own. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform El Molino - well-furnished holiday villa in Benissa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, key pick-up hours are: From the 1st of April until the 31st of October: Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 and 17.00-19.00. Saturday 10.00-19.00 h From 1st of November until the 31st of March: Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 Please contact the property in advance if you need to check-in at a different time. Please note, highchairs are available at an EUR 25 per week. Please note, electric fans are available at an EUR 10 per week. Please note that parties are not allowed at the property.
