Please let Diagonal Apartments know your expected arrival time in advance by e-mail. If you just made the reservation and your arrival is today or tomorrow then do it better by phone.

Bed linen and towels are included.

Please note that an obligatory cleaning fee is not included in the final price.

Late check-in carries the following charges:

21:00 - 23:00: EUR 25

23:00 - 08:30: EUR 40

Early check-out carries the following charges:

23:00 - 06:30: EUR 40

06:30 - 08:30: EUR 25

A damage deposit of EUR 200 must be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival, and will be refunded upon check-out once the apartment has been checked.

Pets are only allowed upon prior request. A pets damage deposit of EUR 100 is payable on arrival, by credit card or in cash. It will be refunded at check-out once the apartment has been checked. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
