My visit at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were helpful and beyond accommodating. The location is perfect being right across from city international airport as well as the Hyundai and coex department store. And the subway is a 4mins walk from the hotel. 

Great customer service 

I stayed for a night in a very cozy room on 9/F. All necessary amenities were provided so you don't have to worry if you forgot to bring anything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to samsung station and city airport. I've enjoyed my stay here! Thank you!

Cozy hotel near city airport

I’m always staying at this hotel when I have business at Coex. The bus from & to the airport is on the other side of the street. Coex complex is just 200 meters away.
This is best location/price/value option from my side of you.

The rooms are small, but welll equiped and modern. The staff is very polite and good english speaking.

Will stay here again.

Best place to stay if you visit Coex

Hotel Peyto ins Samseong is really a good place to stay with. The people/staff are really nice and very approchable. The location is in a good area, very convenient. The price is reasonable and the rooms are clean and neat. :) I really recommend this place you you will visit Seoul. 

Very nice hotel

Peyto hotel is located in the famous neighborhood Gangnam. Therefor price-quality very good!
We are here for several days and they really make you feel like home!
any discomfort you may have the work it out!
they are super friendly!

Friendly - clean - Warm

It starts with a nice greetings from the reception staff. Got an early check in which was wonderful. The room is so nice and clean. Warm and comfortable. Breakfast is heaven as its from 7 to 10. Cant wait for an ew trip next time.

My wonderful time in Seoul

Coming back to the Peyto Samseong in the frigid winter of downtown Seoul was thoroughly heartwarming. We spoke to the reception desk from the airport bus into the City Airport Terminal and managed to upgrade our room to the urban double we'd had before. We were delighted to find that Zoe was at the reception desk and she remembered us as we remembered her! So we were very quickly settled into our room even though it was before the 3pm check-in time. During both stays the rooms were great, the cleaning staff delightful even though our Korean is limited, and the front desk staff extremely helpful. One of them, Bella, was a trainee during our stays - I can only hope she gets her full status quickly so that she can show her great customer service skills. She worked with me on one occasion to extend my booking and was successful against all odds. Tenacity and charm! She'll go far! All in all this is a jewel in this area of Seoul. I love the Peyto with its modern flair, its clean rooms and cool grey colors. It just works for me. Big time.

Visits numbers 2 and 3 - this is getting to be a great habit!!

It's a capital city and hotels are expensive. This one has rooms that are a reasonable size and a proper bathroom. Limited hanging space for clothes and no drawers. Breakfast is okay. Gym is small and not very well equiped. Only issue I had was trying to get an early check-in. Laundry consists of one washer and one dryer in a cupboard.

Okay hotel at reasonable rate

We felt very welcomed and the service was professional and responsive.  The breakfast was very good.  The room was spacious and provided all the required amenities.  The room was clean.  The bed was very comfortable.

The staff was very welcoming and the customer service was high level and professional.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel during new year 2018. Close to coex mall, great staff, very helpful. No issues whatsoever with shower and heating. Fast wifi and interesting floor tiles. Easy access to convenient stores, food and transport.
