The staff were always very helpful- drawing me a map to get food. There isn’t much near this hotel but the restaurant, cafe and corner shop were all fine. The hotel is actually a couple of different hotels so it’s a bit confusing at the start. 
I had a problem with the air con one night and the guy at the front desk came and fixed it 
They don’t speak much English but they try their best. 
Anything I asked they were helpful with. 
The room was nice enough but the bed was very firm 
Breakfast was fine. Plenty of variety including cakes 

Great Staff

The M-Stay Hotel in Naju is a new hotel with 300 rooms. It is situated not far from the railway station where there is a high-speed train connection to Seoul. The station is in walking distance. The staff is friendly, but rather inefficient and speaks little English. 
The rooms are modern decorated, but narrow leaving little space to put a suitcase.  They are either furnished with a double bed of 160 cm bed and a single bed of 90 cm, or alternatively there are rooms with Korean beds that even to the ground. A small desk. a flat screen television, a kettle and a fast and reliable Internet connection are standard. The bathroom is modern, equipped with a shower stall and  was spotless clean. 
The complimentary breakfast room is served in a conference room. There are a few items, but someone expecting an American breakfast is at the wrong place. Toast, butter, jam, sweet pastries, scrambled eggs from the Tetra pack, bacon, some fruit and yogurt are available. The coffee is just undrinkable.  
A problem is definite that there are no decent restaurants around the hotel. The hotel has a coffee bar where sandwiches are on sale, but they are not looking fresh. A 7/11 store is located next to the hotel entrance. There is a Chinese food joint and a convenience store at 200 meters from the hotel, but it is closed in the evenings and on Sundays. A Korean restaurant is located close on the opposite side of the street at the traffic lights. Nobody understands English, a picture menu is not available and it is with traditional sitting and dining on the floor. 
The hotel is suitable for a short stay, especially for those who want to visit the sanctuary of the Holy Mother of Naju. The best way to reach the sanctuary is by taxi which costs about USD 5.-.  A Lotte supermarket, as well without restaurant is located a mile away. The taxi ride to the center of the town, where there is nothing for tourists to explore costs USD 5.-. The journey to Muan International Airport takes 45 minutes and costs approx. USD 50.-.

Modern, clean hotel with small rooms and no decent restaurant nearby

Arrived late evening...the guy probably the owner didn't speak English. I arrived 1030pm and only managed get room at 1130pm. Use online translation or you ma ask the sister to assist with translation.

Cleanliness is average overalls staying experience just moderate.

May try the opposite hotel next tym.

The hotel has a good view and accessible . It is very quiet at night so it is very easy to sleep without any disturbance. It offers the usual amenities found  in hotels considering it is located in the province or suburb
