We were welcomed by Pinkie,she was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable  etc. we felt at home and very well taken care of by Pinkie. She was always close by when we needed something. Our room opened up to a balcony. Definitely would recommend this place.

It was awesome

Room décor very upmarket, bed comfy, very clean. Not very spacious but certainly adequate unless one was staying for a number of days. That said, our room opened onto a balcony (where interestingly, a ladder was left lying as though forgotten) so we were able to escape the confines of the room. Building looks quite new. The small fridge in the room was empty and we sent the owners scurrying a little when we requested something to drink! There seemed to be some confusion amongst the staff/owners as to who was doing what, when and where but this did not really affect us. There is lock-up parking but the area is not large and you need to keep your wits about you when moving in and out in your vehicle. Breakfast was very good, except again for the slightly haphazard service. However, a delightful first for me was what the owner called a breakfast "trifle" which consisted of fruit, muesli, yoghurt etc all layered trifle like in a glass! Made such a nice change from the norm. Staff were very friendly but I had the impression that maybe they were new to the game. I would go back again.

Stylish

The staff are friendly. The rooms are kept clean. There is just a few letdowns though. The mat in the room are light and therefore some stains are visible which leaves an impression that the mat  is dirty. Also some guests were not considering others as they were banging the doors some mornings early, which wakes a person. Also at the time the remote gate was out of order so one had to hoot to be let in. 

Average experience

One gentleman had no toilet paper the other no soap. Although  breakfast was advertised on the website as well as on our invoice there was NO breakfast  which cased a problem for the people concerned.     Please amend your advertising.

NO Breakfast

After driving down from Joburg for over 11 hours, just before I was 30 minutes away. I called to let them know that I should be there in next 30 minutes, I was told that my accommodation is moved to different location. I asked them why did not they inform me earlier. Had to drive more to the new place. It was 3 bedroom place, I wouldn't mind it if it was clean and hygiene. Terrible. Later when I asked what about the breakfast arrangement, She said oh no we don't provide breakfast, my booking says bed & breakfast. Any it doesn't stop there. I am back to joburg, now got a called from her for balance payment while I paid all before even my arrival. She asked me to send copy of booking and proof of payment, Which I sent. She clearly mixed things up. After receiving all from me she did not even call back or send an email to apologize about the confusion. Very very unprofessional. 

Unprofessional

Beautiful place but: bedroom door was a war to lock from inside, no towels,  the headboard is dirty, both basins and shower were blocked, lace curtain is torn, the barfridge is noisy, electric cords are allover the show.

Need help.

No Service stood outside gate for 45 min nobody knew we booked 5 months ahead  Room not ready 
no host to welcome Us Received 3 Body wash for 6 days Milk one night that exp 05/2017 Last day no clean towels Met Our Hostess on last day that we left  VERY BAD
