Our Five day stay was incredible. The reception lady went out of her way to accommodate us. The staff were very helpful and curtious. Facilities were clean and neat. I will recommend Acacia Bush Lodge, and will visit them without hesitation.

My partner and I booked in this passed  weekend we had such a great stay so pleasant staff good service and very clean rooms we were welcomed in good manners we could relax with no disturbance the cleaners were very polite when requested to have the rooms cleaned and refreshed keep it up 

Enjoyable Stay

Terrible service - no coffee and tea when we checked in, no towels only received one towel for 4 guest and when we asked to get more towels they said they don't have any as they had not done washing, stayed during winter was freezing cold were not given any extra blankets duvets were incredibly thin and not warm enough at all, we stayed 2 nights after the first night when we returned to our room the room was not cleaned, beds were not made up, TV was not working- very poorly managed - staff tried thier best to accommodate us with what they could but extremely poorly managed.

Clean rooms smells nice and the yard was neat 
friendly  staff and  good services the stay was perfect 
the is a pool inside. this place is perfect for everyone , a best place to spend 
holidays with you family .

Perfect Stay

The stay was a pleasant experience for me and my girlfriend.
The room we stayed in was spacious and it had a bath which was a plus for my gf. The staff is friendly and polite 
It is a great stay for the price they charge which is not too much

My stay at YesPlease was a great stay. The staff were polite friendly and helpful.
The property itself is kept in great condition. My room was great clean and neat and I could see there was an effort to make it special. My breakfast was very good on top of 
that it is not to far from the CBD as well helped

GREAT AMAZING STAY

There is Very big playing space for kids to play,,,,,, peaceful place to relax and do your business without any interruptions. The staff responds rapidly to your request. Big parking space. We enjoyed our stay with my family.

Very good

We booked and  paid fully  for  family  room  and  we did  not  get  it  they said  it's  already  booked  and  person  at reception  promises  us to get  some refund as we used small  room. Still  waiting  for  that  money  to be refunded.

Surely Sad, on our arrival at 23H00 we were met by receptionist and night security, we have prevouisly stayed at this guesthouse and made direct arrangements with management, there was no communication with receptionist as she insisted we pay immediatly after our explanation we could go to our room, in the room we could see that they have not prepare for us as we stuggeled to get lights working we moved beds ourselves and had to ask for additional towels and aircon remote again we were brought a remote but batteries was flat, we were so tired as we just traveled 20hours from Western Cape we just wanted to sleep. The next morning we had breakfast, o my word, the staff again did not prepare for us, there was stale cereals, no fruit/juice or yoghurt, the urn we had to boil ourselves and the dinning set up was not pleasing, my parents ordered eggs and bacon and myself and husband order boiled eggs they brought us scramble eggs and the thet said:"electricity kept tripping they could not boil eggs". The next evening our parents went out and we went out with other friend on our return we requested the spare key as our parents was already sleeping, they brought a big bowl with keys and security trying to help us get in to the room, we ended up knocking to wake our parents as there was no exstra keys. The condition of the room was also not clean as we found 2 cockroaches, there is a TV in the room but no remote and towels we got on the second day had holes in them.  The bathroom in our room had a smell to it and was not clean, mould is growing in silicon around basin and shower curtain is horrible. The curtian in the room also not hanging properly and really uneat. Due to bad breakfast experience we decided to get our own breakfast, as we sat eating our breakfast we saw the staff preparing themselves eggs and coffee and sitting eating while other guest is waiting in the dinnig area to be served, no management control. We slept 3 nights and we now realized that something must have bitten us and we started itching and must be some bed bugs and this just gave us the final decision to not return. And will not suggest anyone else to stay there. There is clearly lack of Management / Hygiene. At this GH its clearly to many bosses and no control or actual hospitality.
