I had the pleasure of spending a few days at Tudor Lodge twice in the space of three weeks and it was an absolute pleasure. To be greeted with "Welcome Home!" on my second visit says it all. Mapula and her team made it like home. The lodge has two "campuses" and I stayed in the "down the street" one. It is inside a gated community in the area and is a little, peaceful oasis in the hectic city. Parking was a little bit tight, but the room I had - the same on both occasions - was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log! During my first "stint," a colleague stayed in the room next door and was also very happy with his accommodation. Breakfast was very good and Mapula was happy to tell me how she made one of the dishes that I really enjoyed. I will definitely return.
