We had an amazing stay at Colourful Manor, the hosts Dorie and Johann did an amazing job, the location is perfect and quiet, rooms very spacious and has amazing views. Breakfast was very good. Will definitely visit again.

I booked a one day/night stay over just for me and my wife. WOW, is all I can say ..the hospitality, friendliness and overall WELCOME feel has captured by heart. My wife had such a beautiful rest with all her business. She is still speaking about our breakaway and we planning to definitely do another with our daughter.

Beautiful location. There is something very special about this location, it has the X factor. Breakfast was punctual and delicious. Conveniently situated to reach many awesome attractions with ease. The hosts are super friendly and accomodating. See you soon! 



Fantastic

Myself and friends had a wonderful time at Colourful Manor. The place was breathtaking at night and has a wonderful view, the service was great and felt so comfortable with our stay for the weekend. I would most definitely be visiting again. 

Beautiful

We had the most amazing 2 days with Dorie and Johan our hosts at Calourful manor. We celebrated a birthday and had special treatment with a lovely barbecue.
A real jewel of a place.
Spacious rooms, with a beautiful view of the mountains.
We had snow on the mountains  when we visit and to have breakfast with a warm fireplace going, was just so amazing overlooking this spectacular views.

Very nice place to start your holiday after landing in Cape Town. Very quiet and panoramic place with a million dollar view. Johan and Dory will make sure you have a great and relaxt time. Will come back. 

Great stay

Colourful Manor is a guest house on the edge of Gordon's Bay with beautiful views over False Bay to Cape Town on one side, and the slopes of the Hottentot Holland Mountains to the other. The lodge is well signposted from the road so that it is easy to find when driving. The guest house is located on a no-through-road with little passing traffic which adds to the sense of peace and tranquility. However, what distinguishes Colourful Manor is the genuine warmth of the welcome from the hosts Dorie and Johann.

I have rarely felt so welcomed and at ease anywhere that I have stayed. On my final day, I found that my flight had been delayed until the next day. Dorie could not have been more helpful in extending my stay another night and organising a driver to take me to the airport early the next morning. What could have been a moment of stress, instead became an opportunity to spend more time in the lovely environment.

Warm Welcome

It's a very beautiful accommodation with lovely garden and modern rooms.
We were warmly welcomed by Dorrie and Johann last october 2018. Both have always great ideas for excursions in the area and good suggestions, where to eat delicious.
In the morning we had always a great breakfast.
We enjoyed it very much, so we booked it again this year. 
We are so looking forward to it.

Traumhafter Urlaub

We stayed 2 nights at the manor lodge. Beautiful place, amazing view and adorable Dorie and Johan. They gave us some great informations and ideas to visit. 
Clean, modern and peaceful bedroom. 
Breakfast was perfect. 
I recommend this place, a wonderful « souvenir »
