I stayed at Dom Paraplegikov in Portoroz Sept. 2017 for three nights. It was excellently wheelchair accessible. Staff was awesome and helpful. We had breakfast each morning which was very good. It was truly a breath of fresh air to stay at a place this accessible, perfectly accessible, so far from home. I highly recommend this place. I am a quadriplegic with some movement and I used my manual wheelchair. This place was great and I would come again if I visit Slovenia!
