Since we were 10 people, we rented the whole place out and enjoyed the luxury of having it completely for ourselves. It's is perfect for small groups. The rooms are somewhat small, but we spent most of the time outside or in the common areas downstairs.
The place is very central, literally one-minute walking distance to the supermarket and a parking lot where you can board the "little train" to go around or return the rented scooters.

Perfect for small groups

The rooms are on the first floor. Ours was small but very nice with the smell of wood in the air. The private bathroom was clean and sufficient for our stay. There is a large room which looks a bit like a pub with a small space for preparing simple meals (including a fridge) downstairs. The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome. There is a small shop very near the place (5 minutes tops) and several restaurants/pubs in the vicinity. There is also a tiny aquapark nearby (maybe 10 minutes?) which we didn't visit. In short, the place is excellent for short stays, especially if you're heading to the mountains and need a base.

Simply Excellent

I can sincerely recommend this small (three rooms per 2-3 people) family pension in Terchova. It is very well situated (near centre of the village, grocery shop, Vratna valley) and overall feeling was very nice.However, due to a rather steep staircase this is not a good choice for elderly of disabled (not our case, mentioned just for the sake of completeness). In case we will be back in Terchova, we will definitely be again in Polovica.

Very positive surprise

This little pension is brilliant for smaller groups. We arrived with four and had the whole pension (incl. communal living room with bar and kitchen) for us. The supermarket is a stone through away, where you can also jump onto the small train that brings you up to the cable car.
