This was something horrible. You weren't able to take your bag to the summer swimming pool, because you could have some food in it. What? Are they serious? The signs from socialism, how diapers should be used in children 
's swimming pool... Also 4 years children? I  couldn't believe my eyes. I would like to meet a manager of this place I am persuaded that he/she is the most complexed person in the world. I won' t mention there are no dustbins in the rest rooms,hope the hygienists will come to this place as soon as possible. Something horrible!

Looks a lovely place on the web site but it is currently very hot and despite complaining twice I have completely useless air conditioning. Plus building work still going on at 20.30 and absolutely rubbish WiFi.

We used this hotel for an offsite meeting, here are some considerations:

Pros
- cheap hotel
- pool 
- spacious parking 
- food is okay average - basic quality

Cons
- congress room (3rd floor) is octagon with pillars all around, including the middle of the room.  Not the best layout and reduces sight lines
- spotty/crappy internet - we could not conduct a simple meeting hangout without the internet dropping, same issue in the hotel rooms
- temperature control - the air conditioners suck.  In the congress room, they are useless and most of my staff was uncomfortably hot
- sound control.- the hotel walls are thin.  Events in the congress room on the 3rd floor can easily be heard from the 1st floor.  Traffic outside is audible.  Obvious the walls/floors are not well insulated or sound proof.
- Service - no one cleaned my room during my stay.  

Uncertain - the decor - if you love retro over-the-top furniture - maybe this place is the charm you are looking for.  I found the furniture humorous.



Business Meetings - Pro/Cons

We have visited this place with 2 kids( 3 and 10) and I would recommend it to everyone. Great pools , nice water, slides. Only one issue we had was with the food as the service was really slow. But otherwise perfect!

I had good experiences but latest the waiters are horrible, if they are not so slowly so they don’t come then at all !!!!!!!!!!! We were waiting 20 mins but nobody showed up and asked what we want 😬 We were so disappointed.

This place has Great Potential.

Booking via telephone was do-able, reception speaks english and managed to find an available room (via computer?). The place is very easy to find, it is very visible from the main roads North of Lucenec. The reception is “behind” the hotel, but when I first entered via the restaurant, the personnel was able to point me to reception. From the looks of it, the place is still expanding and they seem to be building an even bigger water-park right next to it. Looks promising.

Check-in was smooth, although there is a bit of queuing when other guests had lots of questions about bathrobes or spa-facilities. But the place was not very busy on a Saturday in June.

My room was Spacious and functional. You will find the whole hotel is relatively new and spacious. A comfortable place to stay. Be careful, sometimes the layout is confusing and it is easy to get lost looking for bar or reception.
The spa is “extra” with a rate of 8E per 2 hrs (but that may vary depending on your booking or package)
Bar and restaurant were open in the evening, but not very busy yet.
Breakfast was Good, and checkout was ok, although the person in front of me had some details to sort out with the bill, which took quite some time.

I agree with some of the other reviewers on “service”, the Staff is friendly and has good intentions, but they seem to lacks training, routine and experience. 
But all in all this place has Good Potential.
