-Arriving from Riyadh by air at 11 a.m in morning hotel gave early check-In.
-Room was clean on arrival.
- Lifts were available all time.
-Room Service came daily in afternoon.
- Only 5 minutes walk from Hotel to Haram.

Early Check-In

I traveled from Riyadh to Madinah by air. I arrived at the hotel at 11 A.M. The hotel provided us early check in.The rooms were cleaned.Room service came daily at about 1 or 2 P.M. The hotel is near Masjid-e-Nabwi only 5 min. walk. I had no problem with the hotel.

Site is near to the Haram , specially to female site - Door no. 15- about 300 m.
Mr. Amer Alsherif is an intelligent and smart front office.
5 Lefts available,
Rooms are so small,we booked Quadriroom the spaces between beds about 25 cm.

Average

A budget hotel. Which is very dated. Reception staff other than Egyptian lady are useless. No concept of customer service. Breakfast is edible but not great. Rooms are adequate. The smell of fish sauce hits you at entrance.. that sets the standard. In the bedroom you have a safe that is not bolted and does not work. I stayed in two separate rooms both rooms required an engineer and hence they receive a tip. The day I arrived they had cancelled my room despite me confirming. I had been travelling for over 24 hours straight. Luckily I rebooked on line. Excellent access for women section. So if you don't mind dated no hot water. No plug for kettle. No TV remote. No phone. No safe then this is the place for you.. .

Not 4 star

The hotel is certainly not a 4 star. I found the room small, broken locks, dirty window and fridge. I complained and allocated another room but really not much difference. The restaurant food was horible, out dated, and cold. I had to go out to eat something despite breakfast was included. The only good thing was its 5 min walking to Gate 15. Also note they do not provide iron nor complementary tea/coffee in the room. 

I will not stay there again and would recommend to choose some well known brands for your accomodation.

Umrah

If your umrah (pilgrimage) organizer plans to use this hotel, then you better change the umrah group.

This hotel doesn't have a proper dining facility for their patrons. They set up for us level M for the dining area, but it was super packed from breakfast to dinner. The food quality was bad too.

The room is aging as well from the bed, furniture to the bathroom. Our room was carpeted but it's time for a refurbishment.

The hotel is close to the grand mosque. But this should not be an excuse for their room rate with poor facility, as there are other hotels surrounding the grand mosque.

The front desk staff dont really bother to help you. If you complain about anything, they'll take a note but nothing will ever be done.

What a piss poor hotel. Just because they know that there'll always be occupants due to the close proximity to the grand mosque, they will not care how the patrons' experience staying.

The wi-fi service is good though, strong signal.

There are 5 elevators to cater for the guests... ample enough but at peak times you still need to wait for quite some time.

Avoid staying here for Umrah trip

Worst hotel I’ve visited in my entire life absolutely disgusting don’t ever book this place dirty sheets, hair on the beds with blood stains too, stains over the floor, rooms and bathroom stink, service is ridiculous I’m furious, my entire trip is ruined I went to Makkah first and enjoyed it there to come here and it’s appalling. This was meant to be an awesome hotel I wish I checked reviews prior to coming here.

WORST HOTEL EVER

No water for boiling. Complained to reception and he responded by suggesting to stay at other hotels.. Very unprofessional and rude!

Food during dinner was terrible! Uncooked rice and waiter just dumped food waste in a bin right at the dining area.. 

Never again. 

Not very good hotel and it not 4 stars it only 2 the food is horrible and it cold not much choices   Definitely it not for  humans the rooms small and derty there is no housekeeping in this hotel and cleaner don’t speak English the head reception is very rude person the only thing is good is 10 Mn walk from gate 15  it terrible hotel 

NO GOOD 

Worst experience ever when it comes to a hotel. They assured me over the phone my booking was confirmed. However on my arrival the unbelievably rude receptionist simply stated it has been cancelled, the rooms are now fully booked and told me to leave the hotel. Without any phone call or email to confirm that my booking was cancelled. 

Pathetic customer service, overbooking of rooms and dealt with by an unprofessional manner. 

Save your money and book elsewhere and not via booking.com or this hotel.
