What was bad

It is hidden behind the intense construction works spread over the whole area Asked hotel reception and room service to provide me toilet paper & paper Three times in Three days but I was given one toilet paper on my second day and no water bottle was provided. This cheapness of the service the hotel provided has shamed their brand Cleanliness was ok No they don’t help. Imagine they reply to you, ok we are coming with the water or the toilet paper but you won’t see them!
