Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.
Guest must make a prepayment of 30% of the booking cost by cash or via a bank transfer.
The prepayment is non-refundable for booking via non-refundable rate. The total booking cost is non-refundable in cases when guest decides to reduce the length of stay.
A deposit of 10 000 rubles is taken at check-in (returned in case of no damage).
It is possible to place a third guest on an extra bed for an additional charge of 1000 rubles per day. An extra bed is a sofa 316 cm long and 120 cm wide.
Small pets are allowed upon request.
