    What was good

    Hotel looks fresh, updated in 2020.

    Lots of lighting options in the room - bed lights, area lights, etc - which I really liked.

    Access to the hotel is right from the platforms - extremely convenient.

    My room was on the 3rd floor, facing away, from the platforms, and was very quiet - no noise coming into the room whatsoever with the window closed.

    Reception is available 24 hrs and resolves all concerns promptly

    What was good

    Location was perfect for travelers with large luggage coming from Moscow on Sapsan. You can directly come to the hotel and check-in, leaving your luggage and save a lot of time for wandering around St. Petersburg.

    What was bad

    Room heating wasn't enough, but the hotel managed to bring extra heater and it resolved. good job.

    What was good

    The location is very convenient and the staff are nice. We couldn’t hear any noise from the train station even though our room face the station

    What was bad

    The room wasn’t clean enough, we had to change to a second room. The room was cold which is not normal in Russia. you need to ask for an extra heater and it seems like a common thing to be asked from the customers
