ar first they gave us a pretty good room for 2900 rub then the next day they asked us to leave except we stay for 3600 rub , and they gave us a small room with almost nothing , the room was very small , it was designed for two but they gave it to us as three person so one of us had to sleep on the couch , when we asked them to reserve the second day from ostrovok ( there was available rooms on ostrovok) they just made it unavailab

There is no safety, my boot stolen from the corridor, they gave us room for 2person but i booked for 3 person.
