Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. In the summer of 2024, facade work is being carried out in the hotel building. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience.
Reception and accommodation at the guest house takes place through a single 24-hour reception desk at the inBox Capsule Hotel located in the same building. It is also possible to check in independently using the instructions and individual electronic access keys, which are sent to the phone number. Guests are required to contact the accommodation prior to arrival to clarify the details of the check-in. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
International passport and driver's license are not accepted for check-in. For all Russian children under 14 years of age, a birth certificate must be presented at check-in. If a Russian relative or legal guardian (and not a parent) travels to Russia with a child under the age of 14, this relative or legal guardian must also present documents confirming the right to accompany the child at registration. Non-Russian citizens: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa and migration card at check-in.
Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
Dogs of small breeds (up to 5 kg) can be accommodated in the guest house upon agreement with the administration.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible for a fee (subject to availability, the amount varies).
