The city center can be reached by metro on a direct line to the Vosstaniya Square and the Moscow railway station or by car in a short time.
Nearby there is a convenient exit to the Ring Road, so you can easily get to the famous historical places - Vyborg, Kronstadt, Peterhof and many others, as well as Pulkovo Airport. Within walking distance are the oldest parks Specific and Sosnovka. Nearby is also the Federal Medical Center. Almazov and the Clinical Hospital of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Near the house there are shops, cafes, pharmacies, ATMs. Free parking is available for guests in the courtyard of the house.

The apartment is a studio equipped with everything you need to accommodate up to 3 adults. A third guest can be accommodated at an additional cost. As beds there is a bed with an orthopedic mattress 140x200 and as an extra bed a sofa 100x200, which does not unfold.
