The location was convenient, surrounded by decent atmosphere, there is supermarket, restaurants on beneath , don’t expect using subway from this property, it’s far from walkable
What was bad
They really don’t serve breakfast, they just delivered packaged breakfast, which was horrible, while checking in at the property as per hotel booking voucher issued by the booking app, I was supposed to pay 900 ₽ for some registration taxes, but instead he asked me to pay

What was bad
When I was sleeping in the morning, the maid suddenly broke into the room. The hotel front desk shirked responsibility and delayed cleaning the room for a whole day (even though I had been reminded in advance)

The hotel is very new, the equipment is great, the room is big, the shower water and Wi-Fi are also very good. There are coffee shops and supermarkets downstairs, except that it is a little far from the city center, there is nothing to complain about. I would like to book a few more nights, but unfortunately it is too popular. The price/performance ratio is really high, and I highly recommend it.
