Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. If the guest wishes to book an apartment with a check-in on the same day, the reservation must be made before 10:00 РМ on the same day. Reservations can be processed by the administrator during business hours from 09:00 АМ to 10:00 РМ.
Check-in is carried out remotely, the administrator sends information on the settlement, after the conclusion of an electronic contract for renting a dwelling and making a deposit.
Pets under 7 kg are only allowed after agreement with the hotel. In this case, guests pay an additional cleaning fee of RUB 3000.00.
