Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests are required to contact the property at least 40 minutes prior to arrival to collect keys. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. After 06:00 PM, check-in is possible by prior arrangement.
From April 1, 2024, a resort fee has been introduced in St. Petersburg for each guest staying for more than 24 hours. The list of preferential categories exempt from its payment can be found in Article 7 of Law No. 214-FZ.
