We stayed in this hotel in July '12 and as non Russian speaking guests we were treated extremely well, there are enough staff who speak very good English and they are vey attentive, as we were going to bed in the evening the receptionist handed us a note with the weather on for where we were heading the next day, in the morning was a small bag hung on the door with a printed sheet of the UK News headlines. We stayed in a double Comfort room which was faultless, immaculately clean and the decor was quirky but high standard and contemporary. The room has Aircon, WiFi, fridge, flat screen TV, DVD player with a range of DVD's to use, I would recommend anyone stay here, it's just off the M5 so very handy for travellers.

Everything is good except for location.
What was bad
Altough location is far from the center, you have a shopping mall within 3 minutes, and center is 20 minutes by car.
