In the cottage

The cottage is made in the bar-house style. The cottage has gas heating for year-round use, there are radiators in every room with the ability to regulate. There is also a generator in case of a power outage, meaning the house will always have electricity. There is high-speed Wi-Fi on site, making it possible to work remotely. The territory of the house is more than 50 acres with access to the river - guests can fish and walk in the forest. The windows of the house overlook the forest. Nearby there is a large area for walking with children and pets; in winter, there is a slide near the house, cheesecakes for skating are provided, as well as paths for jogging and sports. For families with children, a cot and high chair are provided. Dogs allowed. A wood-burning sauna is available for guests at an additional cost.

For accommodation, the house has 2 rooms and a living room with a sofa for two guests. Maximum occupancy is up to 6 guests.

The first isolated bedroom is 15 sq. m. m.: there is a two-meter bed, a wardrobe, a view from the windows to the forest, bed linen and towels are provided for each guest. Second isolated bedroom 15 sq.m. m.: 2 beds of 1.5 m each, wardrobe, view from the window to the forest, bed linen and towels are provided for each guest. Kitchen-living room 40 sq. m.: a sofa that can be folded out for two, a served dining table for 6 guests, a TV, books and board games, a kitchen with a full set of dishes for up to 6 guests, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, an electric kettle, an electric stove for 2 burners . The bathroom is 5 sq. m. there is a shower, toilet, washing machine. The dressing room is 3 sq. m. there is a room for outerwear and large items, a clothes dryer, and an iron on request.

The veranda is 17 sq. m. there is a dining table for up to 6 guests, a relaxation area with armchairs. The barbecue area is 20 sq. m. there is a fire pit for making a fire, a barbecue, armchairs, and in the summer - sun loungers. Skewers and iron utensils for barbecue are provided. The house has parking for 2 cars.

The price also includes firewood in the woodshed, napkins, paper towels, salt, sugar, black pepper, balsamic vinegar, sunflower oil, black tea, instant coffee, ice, shower gel, soap, shampoo, dishwashing detergent, tablets for dishwasher.
