In summer it will be better
What was bad
The staffs there could not speak other languages and many questions need long time to get response. There is no hot water for shower that I hadn’t showered for three days. The customer service reply is so slow and not in detailed.

This is the only negative review I have ever given
It was the most terrible ,horrible, experience in my life !
Maybe it’s our fault to check in in the New Year’s Eve ?🙄
When we arrived the hotel nobody was in there ,we were trying to get someone for help then we met a crazy lady in the reception,she got extremely bad attitude
