Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Before arrival, guests must make an advance payment of 30% of the reservation cost by transferring funds to the hotel’s bank account within 3 days. Prepayment can be refunded only in case of illness of the guest after providing the relevant documents.
Within a few days after making the reservation, the hotel administrator will contact the guest and provide information on how to make a prepayment.

In standard rooms, a double bed means two single beds, shifted into one.
