Nice location, nice place, Limited parking space, Limited menu (not suitable for vegetarians), bad coffee, thin walls, nobody removed the garbage from the room , no room steward, no towels changing, not recommended!

Bad management! Had to listen to manele every day!
Stunning location with a great hotel! The only minor problem are the old beds that don't offer great comfort. 
The BIG problem is the management. When we stayed at the place we had to listen every night to MANELE and Romanian folk music played lound from a speaker located in the center of the dining area. Nobody cared about our complaints. Not coming again, although at first we wore certain we would come back again and again.

The most unpleasant experience I could ever have and it happened at this pension, I have nothing to reproach the location itself, but the behavior of the people there leaves much to be desired, for them, the word "hospitality" does not exist!
By mistake, I poured a glass of red wine on a table that is glued to the wall and of course it run on the wall, I recognized the mistake, it was an accident, I told the restaurant staff and the woman on duty, nobody said nothing, I left, then to be called from the reception and to be accused that I ran away and that I destroyed their room and that I have to pay the damages, after a discussion with the person from the reception where she threatened me that he will announces the law enforcement agencies, I went back to the property to pay the damages, what I did not expect was that the payment note for that wine glass would be much more than the whole stay itself, basically the gentlemen wanted to renovate the whole room on my money!
It is very difficult for me to believe that such a 4-star guesthouse has only one linen in the room and one towel and that it does not assume that accidents like this can happen, however the final note was 820 RON (175 €), I don’t know what you think but it seems extraordinary to me!
What I want to convey is to keep in mind when you stay there that if you consume alcohol in bed, you may also pay for the mattress, or if you go with children and spill something on the bed take great care that it will cost you more than the stay.
So, please be careful when you go to this guesthouse, and if the owners want to stay worry-free, they should ask for a guarantee in case of accidents like this and then see how many customers they will have!

Worst experience ever!!!!

Great location...very poor services. We have paid for 108 persons (accommodation and food)  and received food for much less persons :( If you were 15 minutes late at any meal served in the restaurant then you were the ''lucky one'' who will not eat anything. The restaurant refused to prepare something else to eat for that few persons, even when we were try to pay for it. If you dare to be a vegetarian then the only available dishes were: polenta, mashed potatoes, stewed cabbage and some vegetables. And the pool and the gym were decorative. (Do you want to use the pool? This will generate extra cost and we need 3 days to prepare it'') Thank You!

Great location...very poor services!

Little corner of Paradise. Food and views are spectacular and if you are looking for some hiking or sightseeing, you have options at your disposal. 
Bran is 20 minutes away where you can visit Dracula's castle.
Brasov is 30 minutes away and is a nice little medieval town. 
Going west you can explore numerous mountainous attractions, glacier lakes, Transfagarasan(best road in the world) etc. 


Best views you can ask for when having food

this is the perfect place to relax,  the food is verry good, the view from the room was amazing.....   the conference room is large, and verry good for meetings.
the wifi works very good.
also is the perfect place for families with kids.

I went here for a team building for 2 days and indeed the place is absolutely lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean, beautifully furnished, with painted wooden furniture and wrought iron. Also the view from the balcony was nice.

The food was excellent and the staff very helpful.

a great place, nice rooms really 5 stars, lovely surroundings, great staff and very sociable I spent a stay of 5 nights in this superb location and New Year's Eve, I enjoyed only excellent food, Eve party was gorgeous I've never had such a night many years, I heartily recommend this location, perfect for vacationing with friends and family
