Hotel Kopieniec is very comfortable with a beautiful scenery. Staff very professional and frendly. Our room was very nice with a great view. I recommend this place. The breakfasts were delicious. Murzasichle is a good starting point for mountain trips.  We had a very good time at this hotel.

Hotel Kopieniec is very cozy and disabled friendly hotel, which I definitely recommend. Our room was really nice with beutiful view on the Mountains. Staff of the restaurant very friendly and professional. There is the spa area as well and is really relaxing place. I recommend for couples and families.

First of all, my thanks to Filip, who took my call at 6:30am when I was looking at the last minute for an alternative place to spend 3 nights when I discovered that the chalet where our family was staying was too crowded for us. What we experienced, as a result of the initial bad news, was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in a room on the top floor with incredible views of the Tatra Mountains. The room we had was very clean, quiet and comfortable, featuring plenty of room and skylights above the bed. Because of the design of the bathroom and the slope of the roof, we found it impossible, however, to stand while trying to take a shower. However, we considered this a minor inconvenience during our stay. The staff are very professional and helpful, and we relied on the front desk managers often to arrange taxi transportation for us. The buffet breakfast was also very good. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we returned to the area.

- nice staff
- professional sports rehabilitation (bravo !!)
- amazing view of the Tatra Mountains
- hotel outside the city - a guarantee of peace and quiet
- relax and guaranteed rest.
In winter, a necessary 4x4 drive or chains for wheels.
I recommend a relaxing trip for two or alone.
I chose to stay with sports rehabilitation (after breaking my leg) and in 5 days I made progress with 3 weeks - thanks to your current therapist! A professional sports physiotherapist (Mrs. Ela) knows her things very well. Professional care and consulting all the time. Congratulations, Mrs. Ela, and thank you very much for your professional help!

We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of February 2018. We asked for a room on the upper floors to get the best of the view. We were given a room on the third floor with an incredible view. 
The hotel itself is very cute and modern. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a large variety of choices.
Staff is very willing to help and most could communicate quite well in english. 
We had a car which I suggest for this hotel as it is situated a bit far off from the centre for walking in the cold. Buses do however pass quite close.
Parking is free which we found really great. 
The room was also very modern and clean :)

Great place! The suites are large, very clean, comfortable and beautiful. Mountain view is amazing. Delicious food in the restaurant. Very good quality of the food. The best choice for real relax. We had a great time and we will recommend

Hotel Kopieniec is very cozy, family (infant) and dog friendly hotel, which I definitely recommend. 
Our room was really nice with glass wall to the toilet. 
Staff of the restaurant very friendly and professional. 
There is the spa area as well, but unfortunate we didn’t attend due to infant with us, but I believe it’s really relaxing place.
I recommend for couples and families.

The views of the Tatra mountains are out of this world. The hotel is very modern, maybe too much so as the centrally WiFi controlled A/C was an absolute pain. It would have been so much easier if we had been able to just change the temperature within the room.  
The only other downside for us was the glass walled, including the door, wetroom/bathroom. There is a curtain that can be drawn to cover one of the walls.  But why have glass walls?  No one wants to watch, or to be watched, whilst having a poo! The mountain views are great but you can live without them for a quick 10 minutes of ‘me time’.
Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was very good with a varied range of foods. Staff were excellent. Would be good to have an English translation of the dinner menu though.  Parking spaces are a little tight but it did feel very safe.
All in all I would recommend it for the views alone. Heavenly!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however we were overcharged for the services and in addition when some of our friends were stranded in travel, there was a firm cancellation policy in place with only reference from pretty arrogant management to the rules.  We decided never ever to go back to this hotel, however fantastic our stay with our friends has been.
