This hotel is well equipped and offers good value for money. The breakfast offered great variety, the service was very friendly. The museum area is interesting for families and kids, the brewery offers fantastic beers. I can absolutely recommend to go there for an overnight stay.

Nice place, great entertainment, good food 

I expect 2 things of a three-star hotel - to be clean, and to have a comfortable bed. A lot of hotels from 4-star range could look up to this one in terms of how clean it was, how spacious the rooms were, and how quiet it was at night. It was comfortable, and literally nothing was missing except maybe  a couple gadgets such as a hairdryer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For the price, it was really great. The sauna was included in the price and you get to use it privately, which is a really nice thing too. 
Breakfast was very decent, fresh produce, some local things, it was very good in general. Maybe an opportunity to order proper coffee would be nice, but cannot complain for its price - there were a few options for warm foods, a couple for cold. Really nice. 

For the extras - the brewery is great. It could be open a little longer and could offer a few more finger foods, but the staff were really helpful here and offered me stuff from outside the menu. You must try all the beers if you are staying.

Beer spa - frankly, it's the only thing I would take half a star away from - it's a little pricey. You can compensate yourself on drinking more of the provided beer from the tap in the wall (it's not limited) - but in 45 minutes you can't possibly drink that much. Still, it was a very nice experience, even if a little pricey.

Cleanliness and comfort better than in a 4-star hotel

Visited early January when there was plenty of snow. Staff were super friendly and accommodating to any requests. Due to the time of the year I think there were only about two or three other guests however this did not wane the staffs attitude. The bar was lovely and warm and of course the vast selection of beers brewed on site was great. One can even indulge in a hot tub with added beer which so they say is good for the skin! The little tourist village the hotel is sat in is interesting but due to the vicious winter weather I didn't explore too far. All I can say is I would certainly visit again if not just for the hotel so if you plan to visit Szymbark then definitely stay a night here.

Lovely winter venue

Decided to stay over night to try this hotel out, the rooms are similar to the stary browary hotel clean and so on with a nice view of the forest from the room window, the breakfast was good the normal of that area sausages, eggs, fresh bread, butter, jams and so on. I asked for the wifi password and they kept giving me the wrong one so could not use the wifi as they had many user names anyhow the orange operator reception somehow was not receiving signal so was out of internet, no hairdrier and no handtowel in the bathroom, no kettle to boil a cup of tea of coffee, there is spa, sauna but no jacuzzi and you have to inform the staff in advance, maybe it is due to the winter season which is lightly occupied and lots of the attractions around the hotel dont work including the grill place opposite of the hotel it is open till 16:00, i personally prefered the beer taste in other areas than their local made ones. Not much choice in the menu either and not many restaurants in the area. All in all i think it would be better visiting in the summer season as there is not much to do there in winter.
