What was good

Overall great food at the hotel buffet, and amazing customer service with a smile. Luggage carried up to rooms, helpful staff, and guard that would help me and family cross the street.

What was bad

(1) Massive construction in surrounding area - makes getting there a bit interesting (2) Trike driver that a hotel member flagged down for us took us past our intended destination and ended up charging us 3 times what would have been the usual fee. I feel the hotel member could have confirmed with the trike driver so that we didn't feel ripped off: - Destination - Cost of the trip Overall, lovely trip, with the construction and feeling of being cheated the only items that marred the trip.
