convenient location near main plaza. staff allowed us a VERY early check in at 8am after we arrived on an overnight bus. room was super clean and bed was very comfortable - complimentary chocolate on the pillow =) bathroom was also very clean with good hot water (a must after our overnight bus). Good wifi signal on a ground level room. TV with many channels including some english programs. Breakfast was actually located in a cafe/supermarket a short walk away in the main plaza. Staff had limited english but we were able to decipher enough to figure out how to get to the bus station for Tarapoto. Recommended.
