Modern, clean hotel with small and comfortable rooms. Great for just sleeping. You receive a code for the entrance door and a code for your room.

As in description small but efficient room for three. Crowded with small space for luggage. Right in center of town. Breakfast can be preordered, but I’ll say it is better to buy some ready to eat in the food store Kiwi next to the church. No reception, but system with code for access works fine.

We were traveling as two, but had booked a "Family room" for up to four people. The room was sufficiently sized for us, but with one or two additional residents I imagine it could get tight.The room itself as well as its bathroom were new and of good standard, though the ceiling does not appear to be finished.Following advice from other reviews here we skipped the breakfast, which was a good choice. The local cafes are very good. Of which by the way, there were quite a few. The hotel is as centrally placed as one could wish for.One notable drawback with the room was the bathroom door. It has a nasty, very loud creaking sound when opened. If four people stayed here, every visit to the bathroom would immediately awaken the others.The hotel had requested contact to be done directly by email, and being a non-staffed hotel this was how we had to ask for the door to be looked at.It never was during our two-night stay, which was quite disappointing.

Central, clean but simple

Extremely small room. Uncomfortable bed. Sewer smell from shower drain. Blinds/screens on window would automatically rise, even when shut.

Clean and basic. Shell of a wardrobe had on 2 hangers. Had a power cut for about 30 minutes. Upgraded to a double bed which was great but only had one pillow and a single quilt. No tv or kettle.

The photo on the ad on hotels.com does not represent the room. the photo was of a king size bed, but the actual room was a bunk-bed in a capsule. Needless to say i didnt read the ad well enough, but the misrepresenting photo made up for the confusion. Would not recommend to stay here in a capsule.

90 cm from bed to ceiling.

The room still has trash from the previous stay. Pizza and burger take away boxes under the stairs up to the bunk bed. Could also invest in some better pillows and blankets.

For 1100 kr, it was an extremely small and conjusted room. Bed was foldable and had springs which could be felt while sleeping. Claustrophobic for me.

Manageable for backpackers only

The room was so small that it couldn’t fit us and our suitcase. We had to change hotels. We lost money. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ONLY WEIGH 100 pounds and have a handbag. There wasn’t even space for a folding chair. What a disaster that almost ruined our trip.

I don’t like the fact that you have no one in attendance no breakfast no tv very small rooms and not goid value fir the money. I would not have stayed but I was afraid I would not find room in arendal as I checked fmdiffeew t hotels fully bookedNever afain
