Beautiful spot.Micheal was a great host. Lovely pool and outside sitting area.Room had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Close to the grocery store.We were suprised that we could only pay cash. They dont take credit cards and they do not provide breakfast.

What a wonderful experience! The hotel is located a couple blocks from the city center, just far enough away to be out of the grasp of peddlers, but close enough to be immersed in the city culture within a five minute walk. The amenities themselves were fabulous! Comfortable beds, kitchenettes in each villa, air conditioning (a luxury in the summer), and a well kept and clean environment. Michael and Sergio sure know how to cook! Each morning we were greeted with fabulous smoothies made from the best fruit in the region (like fresh dragon fruit and pineapple, delicacies in the area) and an assortment of breakfast breads or yogurt. These meals were truly a highlight of my two week stay in the country (I traveled to three other hotels). Not to mention the sincerity and accommodations offered by our hosts. 7 days after leaving 3 Palms, we got into a minor car accident and Michael dropped everything to help ensure we were ok and help us with legal counseling/translation despite us no longer being residence of his hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Nicaragua in the near future.

Amazingly sculpted oasis

Absolutely beautiful house with apartments around the swimming pool. Everything was done with a great attention to detail. Michael made sure everything was always ready for us. The location is a quiet neighbourhood about 2 blocks from the edge of the historic centre. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dream accommodation in Granada!

Great place in Granada

The apartments themselves are very comfortable and well equipped. The A/C and the pool are welcome relief from the heat during the summer. All of these things are great, but Michael is the real gem here. He's extremely helpful and friendly. He made sure we knew everything we needed to and wanted to. I highly recommend you stay here if you want a perfect home base for your travels in the area.

3 Palms is your oasis in Granada

The apartments at 3 palms are perfect for a relaxing time in Granada or a longer extended stay. The apartments are well laid-out and nicely decorated with everything you need. It's in a nice, quiet residential area but close to the grocery stores and easy to walk down town.  The common-area court yard is gorgeous.  It is the perfect place to hangout and wait-out the midday heat, or to come home to after a hot day of sight seeing. You just feel instantly relaxed when you walk in. The owners were lovely and so helpful, and Michael's breakfast is delicious!  I really wish we had gotten to stay longer!

Beautiful Oasis in Granada

3 Palms is a very new bed & breakfast/apartment that we found by chance on Craigslist. We were looking for somewhere to stay for a month until we could move into a friend's house. Mike and Sergio, the owners, are just getting things up and running (I think we were probably the first ones to stay there and at this point there is no sign at the entrance to indicate that this is something other than a private residence) but they are eager to make sure their guests have an enjoyable stay. They weren't quite ready for people wanting to stay longer term but were very accommodating of our needs and requests.  The neighbourhood is a little further from the downtown area of Parque Central and La Calzada but within a 10-15 minute walk (or a short, inexpensive taxi ride) and only a block or two away from the main grocery stores, La Colonia and La Union (a Walmart affiliate). It is a quiet and safe area. The rooms are open and airy, the beds are comfortable, and the pool area is very beautiful and a refreshing oasis from the heat. If you are staying for a short period of time, they provide you with a lovely breakfast each morning. As we were staying longer, we looked after our own meals but Mike was very happy to provide us with a toaster and other necessities. Mike and Sergio went out of their way to help us with all our needs and we really wished that we could stay longer!  I would highly recommend 3 Palms for an enjoyable stay in Granada!
