The room had everything we needed and was clean. The hotel restaurant was very good and the staff were pleasant.The only complaint was the noise. Outside the window it sounded like loud construction all night long. Very disturbing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and thought it was an excellent location, and close to the car ferry dock to leave for the South Island in the AM.
