The moment I arrived there, I was greeted with good aura. The place always had a good vibe. A place is nothing without the people, the people define the place. The people I met there, the staff, our organiser Nahid all were so nice and unforgettable; she organised fun events everyday. We were a team, actually more than team. A family. I felt so heartbroken leaving, I could stay there all my life!
The room is nice, clean and quiet. The bed is comfy. The washroom is always clean and it was inside the room which is very convenient. The free breakfast they serve is so delicious and healthy.

Pokhara Backpackers Hostel isn’t just the best hostel in Pokhara, it’s the best hostel in entire Nepal.

As for the Pokhara Backpacker Hostel, it is a clean establishment with an excellent location near the lake, offering a peaceful and quiet environment, friendly staff, especially the hospitable and kind manager "Anish," delicious food, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Each day, we gathered in the hostel's café, restaurant, or bar under Nahid's coordination and had a wonderful time.

Nahid, a volunteer at the Pokhara Backpacker Hostel, is a lively and energetic Iranian girl with strong social skills, kindness, and care. When I arrived in Pokhara, my initial plan was to stay for 2 days and then return to Kathmandu. However, after spending an uncomfortable night in another hostel, I decided to move to the Pokhara Backpacker Hostel. While sitting alone in the common area, Nahid greeted me with a smile, hugged me, and I was surprised to learn that she was also Iranian. She introduced me to everyone, and from there, a warm atmosphere was created among me and the others. Nahid regularly organized exciting plans for the hostel guests to have a good time and fostered more intimacy. I am proud of this Iranian girl who travels alone despite many limitations. Nahid made this hostel the best one I have ever been to, and I ended up staying there for the entire duration of my stay in Nepal. I hope to travel with Nahid again and stay in this hostel.

Easily one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. The staff are incredibly kind and will always help you out. Awesome facilities. Really great food (and coffee!!) Such an awesome social vibe too. I loved it 

Absolutely loved it

I stayed at Pokhara Backpackers three times when travelling and trekking in Nepal. Id recommend trekking with Krishna Bhattarai, he was a fantastic guide during my time there. Definitely ask for them.

Some spot 

I had a lovely time on a trek with Krishna the guide to Mardi Himal. Highly recommended. He took us on a village hike on the last day, explaining different village scenes, knew where to find the best, freshest momo’s and short-cuts. Was wonderful!

THE PEOPLE
The staff is extremely friendly and polite, especially the guys from the kitchen and bar. They even prepared super early breakfast for us since our bus left early in the morning. Big thanks to Bisal, Puskar and Rohit!!

LOCATION
This hostel is located in the heart of Pokhara. You cannot ask for more. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

HOSTEL
Rooms are very clean. Importantly, drinking water was provided 24/7. The huge lounge was the perfect place to hang out and read or even work. The food was amazing. The breakfast was a dream and looked like art, everyone was excited about it every morning. There were lazy days when I did not want to go out and search for food places, instead stayed at the hostel for lunch and dinner. So yummy! I can highly recommend the chili mushrooms, Keema and Teriyaki noodles!

I will definitely come back again. Dhanyabad :)

Very organized, friendly staff and incredible breakfast!!

Pokhara Backpackers Hostel felt like home. It was easy to make friends! I felt safe, the beds came with personal fans which made a huge difference. The staff is very helpful & understanding. I accidentally booked for the night before I arrived and they were very kinda about it and didn’t make me pay ♥️


Lovely place to be! 

Awesome stay at Pokhara backpackers, room was amazingly comfy, spacious, clean and with a view of the Himalayas to die for. Asis and the crew were all super friendly and helped us out with anything we needed. The breakfast and coffee bar are also a particular highlight. 

Braw stay in Pokhara!

The staff were really helpful and caring, when my friend and I got sick. We were a group of 15 people and everyone was really happy with the stay. They were generelly really sweet and helpful with everything - they help setting up a movienight for us. The rooms were nice and there was a really nice common area. All in all a really good hostel. Would definitly recommend! 

Really sweet and helpful owner and staff

Stayed at backpackers hostel Pokhara for over a week and it was awesome. The room was clean , comfortable and functional. The staff were amazing: They were very helpful advising us on the best places to go and where to eat. They also helped sort out our trek, as-well as our safari trip to Chita wan. 
Special mention to a member of staff named Puskar, who made us feel very welcome , and really put our nerves at ease as first time travellers. 
Puskar and the other staff all attributed to our incredible experience at ‘backpackers hostel ‘.
I would recommend for anyone looking to have a good time !!
