New 1415 China Town Guest House

I had enjoyed the guest house in October 2015. I had one private room with share bathroom. It was very small room I ever tried in my journey, but the staffs was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom, lobby, dining room and the room itself were very clean and homy. It was very nice to stay for short term trip.

Small rooms with no windows but extremely friendly service and clean house

Stayed here 1 night. Capsule style rooms. Very clostraphobic. However the bathrooms and showers were very clean. Staff could be a little more friendly. Location is ok. Walking distance to Sule Pagoda and mant restaurants.

An ok stay. Dont expect too much.

The Hotel is clean and friendly. The staffs are helpful. The Reception is open 24/7 and the hotel has CCTV for safety. The toilets and showers are clean and good. No looker available.

The cheap rooms are very small and the air conditioning is a fake. The AC is located outside from the room at the floor and a wall fan blows the cooled air into the rooms. The idea is to share the AC with other rooms. This didn't work in our room, so it was quite hot in the night.

Ok for One Night

Made mistake by booking this place on the Internet for two nights, it's clean most the staff friendly and helpful but the room so small and noises tiny bed no room to stand up or put your luggage, no mirror in the bathroom for shaving on my floor, notes on wall saying you cannot take food or drinks into the building, breakfast was terrible two pieces of toast with little jam inside and small cup of cold coffee first day little fruit second day none, served by lazy young boy with not good attitude, found much better places to stay in Yangon.

Not Very Good

The manager started saying i could not have breakfast (is was included in the online reservation). In the end he gave me a simple version of the normal breakfast, less quantity and diversity, and charge me an extra dollar than what was set online (by fooling me with the exchange rates, it was his official rate on a board and gave me another)
