Very good hotel. Clean, affordable, and includes breakfast. The view is breathtaking on the Boanaan mountains and the street of Chellal. The location is very good and accessible to all facilities. 
I highly recommend it.

Good hotel

Nothing too special here, but the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and spacious. We didn't have towels in the room when we arrived, but they were ready after we came back from dinner. We got a room on the top floor with beautiful views over the city. Some other rooms have mountain views. No AC which isn't usually an issue for me but it was quite humid. Wifi worked including in our room. breakfast was included, but seemed to consist mainly of pastries. 

The view from the restaurant cafe where we had the breakfast was nice though. The price was more than I'd expect for a similar hotel elsewhere.

Clean, basic hotel, good wifi and nice view, a little pricey

Perfect location in the heart of downtown just steps away from the CTM bus station. Very inviting ambiance in the lobby and hallways. Feels very clean. Rooms are not modern but nice, a tiny bit rough around the edges but good the price. Staff were very helpful.

Great location, nice place

A convenient location in the town centre, close to lots of shops and amenities.

The staff are very friendly but as you would expect the level of English is quite weak. If you speak Arabic, French or Spanish you'll have no problems.

The rooms are small and basic, but clean. The bed was very comfortable, with a great view. Bathroom was clean but some of the fixtures were broken. No air-conditioning, but there was a wall-mounted TV. WiFi was fast and reliable. Outside street is very loud on weekends in particular.

Can't comment on the quality of the breakfast buffet as I mainly ate in cafés in the town centre.

Cheap and cheerful

There is a garage nearby to keep the car or a guardian at the street all night.The rooms are small but clean. Breakfast has everything you expect in Morroco and it taken on their coffe-shop next door. The staff is friendly and you are near the city center and the road out the city.

Nice hotel

It was difficult to find a decent hotel in Tetouan. Most we looked at were unclean (one had a cockroach right outside the room) and dilapidated. It was therefore a relief when we arrived at Panorama. It has no character, but the rooms are clean and functional, and the location is very central.

The rooms are fairly humid with no AC, so be sure to choose a room on a higher floor. The wifi is somewhat patchy in the rooms, and the bed is not too comfortable.
