Dar Challa

We have just returned from a great stay at the Dar-Challa villa as its location was perfect for our wedding venue @Ksar Char-Bagh. We had exclusive use of all 8 rooms and the whole premises. Our transport, to and from, the Airport was included, this is recommended as it ensures a smooth, trouble-free transfer. Note, that English is not commonly spoken. We stayed on a full board basis including the drinks package, The better you communicate with the staff the better the stay, we found that we enjoyed more fruit and vegetarian options, when we spoke to the team we were provided an abundance of them. Wine and beers was delivered by their preferred provider, the Moroccan rose (Gris) were very good. The check-in was very smooth as we had shared all our attendees and passport details beforehand. All the rooms were thoughtfully pre-allocated, as per our details for double and twin beds. We enjoyed the whole property especially the pool, it was so nice that toys were provided for our two young grandchildren. All the premises were kept very clean, with all rooms and bedding changed daily, just like a hotel. All the staff were amazing and so friendly, a special thankyou to Rachid who was always at hand to look after us, even when we returned from events as late as 4am. We all had a soft spot for our gate security, Mohammed(?), who was so attentive, we all gave him hugs. Constance and Fionia provided a Whatsapp group to facilitate communications and make daily requests for spa treatments, lovely hammam and massages. If you are thinking of going the more information you provide to Constance/Fionia the better your stay will be. Thank you to all the whole team from gardeners, pool and room cleaners, chefs and many who we did not see at all. Looking forward to when we can stay again!
