What was good

Convenient to the train station for those taking the journey through the mountains to Belgrade. Breakfast offerings were good, and the restaurant food and service were very good. This is an older hotel, but very clean. The hotel staff was outstanding, I cannot say the same about Zen Hotels, stay away from this booking service. There was a problem with my booking, and the hotel staff was understanding and responsive to my needs.

What was bad

The hotel was great, Zen Hotel booking was not!
