The host family lives upstairs in this house, but it is as if they didn't (very respectful and quiet). They were very welcoming and kind: it was like coming home. Yanette and Federico are great hosts, very friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was made every morning from scratch making it healthy and homemade. The house location is very convenient to the ferry station to Cozumel, bus station to Cancun and airport, public transport to attractions nearby ( like Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Tulum, cenotes, etc...) and 5ta avenida, the main commercial and tourist street. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing time visiting the key adventure parks of Riviera Maya.
