place was amazing. the people were fantastic and helpful in every way. now the downside. if you get room 502 it is a nightmare!! there is a set of stair right INSIDE the front door. the stairs are spiral and very step and very narrow. it is the craziest thing ever. you literally cannot walk up the stairs and carry anything at the same time. it is the only room with what we called "the stairs of death".  ps we are not old. the local bus that goes from the hotel to downtown is super easy and fun.  definitely would go back just would make sure not to get that room again. also - try the green juice. and caesar makes the BEST mojitos!

Awesome - Just Don't Get Room 502

What a wonderful place! The views are fabulous. The food at Mamma Mia is more than edible :-) the pool is warm and plenty of seating. The staff is friendly! Many of the staff speak English too;) this place is a little slice of heaven and we can’t wait to come back.

Awesome worldmark in Zihuatanejo!

The property was great  with gorgeous view of the pacific.  The staff (Mariana, Manny, Daniel, Calene) were outstanding, so friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room has A/C. Drinks were good; try the dirty monkey. Food was above average, but we like to eat in town as we explore. No hot showers,  but we just showered at night after days of exploring, and the tepid water was refreshing. 

Wonderful couples weekend!

We had a fantastic room with an 
amazing view of the bay. The service at this hotel is excellent. We had great service from Marianna and Yoonuel at the front desk and great service at the restaurant and bar  from Ruben. 
The grounds are very clean. The food was good and the pool is wonderful with great views. 
The downside of this hotel is that they had no internet. In addition, the location is a 30 minute walk to the city center going down steep steps which then means going up steep steps. Great for conditioning. The hotel also operates like it’s 1990 with no computer billing system and the waiters still write down your itemized bill by hand.

Beautiful location away from city center

Absolutely beautiful location. Stunning view with great pool. Off the city center private location. Staff was great and rooms were clean.  Location is close to everything 10 min drives or less. Close to Playa las Ropas and Las Gatas.Bring mosquito repelente.

Paradise

First time here and will definitely be back. Super cute boutique style hotel with great views and an awesome staff!   The restaurant inside is yummy, and they have nice happy hours two times a day! We had a nice king room with a jacuzzi tub and amazing views of the bay.

Incredible views, amazing service and so relaxing!

Very nice, had a great room and view on the front.  Walked down most mornings and had breakfast downtown.
There is shopping right on the front near the fishing village, lovely handmade  rugs and great ladies clothing store.
(Not a great  for young children, right on top of the hill). 

LOVE WorldMark great quiet place to go

Our stay was great. Small room but the beauty of only having about 17 rooms was great too. The view and pool and staff were great. The grounds and surroundings were very clean.  The only thing was that Mama Mias menu was too small. Not much to choose from.

Stay at worldmark zihautenajo

We had no idea what to expect during our trip to Zihua and chose this location on a whim. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Ignacio went above and beyond for us and arranged and beautiful dinner just for us on our last night there in the restaurant on sight. The food in the resort is good but there are a plethora of restaurants to sort through in town! We loved staying here because it is a very small resort with only 25 rooms and there attention to each person is on point! The pool is beautiful also. We will definitely return but my advice would be to go earlier in the year when it's cooler and not as humid. That was literally the only thing that could have made our trip better. It is a bit further out from everything than some of the other resorts but taxis are very cheap and you can get anywhere in the area between 5-20 min (including Ixtapa). We always prefer to stay out of the hustle and bustle anyway so this location was perfect for us because of the size and location.

Beautiful and unique

Resort is beautiful and we mostly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we had poor customer service from management at check out. Be careful staying here as they will try to nickel and dime you. We were forced to pay for sheets and towels because they “could not be reused” because we had been sick during our stay. On top of not having housekeeping at all during our week long stay. The manager, Juan Carlo, was simply rude and condescending when discussing this issue with us. He expressed no sympathy nor apologized for anything. He talked in circles and was utterly useless in talking to. We had two suites for the week and had spent well over $5k US there, to be nickeled and dimed over a set of scratchy towels. We paid and ended the conversation as it would obviously not go anywhere. We have already called and complained to our home Wyndham representatives about our mistreatment and we will not be returning to World Mark.
