restaurant was not open at all, no restaurant nearby, pool was not kept up, only spanish spoken at the front door. no blanket for the bed. no safe for your documents. air conditioner wouldnt turn off. very small tv. If you want good internet its 18 us per day. my door looked as if it was broken into a couple of times.

This is a local property.  Safe, friendly, but owned and run by locals.  If you just want something cheap across from the grocery store for a night or two, this is not a bad pick.  Cheap.  Small local restaurant, decent pool, goats and stray dog onsite.  Bought him a bone before we left;). It's simple, Caribbean, nothing commercial, probably wouldn't work for most Americans, but if you came to explore and just need a place to sleep, this is a great option.

The people were so friendly and helpful. It is close to local food. It has a nice pool. We felt very safe here. Just an overall good experience.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS. I checked in to a room of Two beds. When it was time to sleep ,  I found  a ton of pubic hair under the sheets in both beds .When  I went to reception the lazy receptionist kept me for 45 minutes refusing to do anything about it. I was only given fresh linen to change the beds MYSELF ,at 12 am and after I raised hell for waiting almost an hour at the reception. 

Then at approximately 2 am , a bunch of hotel people gathered and had a party until 4.30 am,  with really really loud music making it impossible to sleep. 
In the morning, I spoke to the manager and you know what he did ?! 
He designated me as a No - Show in booking.com, to block me from writing a review.

TERRIBLE

We came to Cozumel to go diving, we were not in the room much but this was still a very comfortable place to come back to and rest. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is fruit, sweet roll, juice and coffee. The rooms were clean. Wifi was just okay. It is a 2 mile walk to the ferry, but closer to much better and cheaper food options. Grocery store right across the street and taco stand right outside the hotel at night

Good stay

Very quiet and cheap nice little place to stay !

I could not believe that this hotel only cost me $19cad/night!  The property is huge and very well maintained. The pool os clean and safe for children as its not too deep or too cold. There are animals on the property which get let out to graze and run around. My son and i had so much fun petting the goats and looking at the miniature ponies and donkeys. The pool side restaurant has incredible prices and a good selection of menu items. The rooms are clean, have hot water, and even smart TVs! This was BY FAR one of my best hotel stays and definitely the most affordable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a nice peaceful stay with your family. The staff is fantastic and so is the overall atmosphere!

Amazing !

Good clean hotel with working wifi and hot shower and soft bed.

Better than expected

The hotel is not located where shown on the map. The room is very  small. The bed took up the entire room almost. There was no water pressure in the bath room.  The shower just barely dribbled so you had to lean agaist the wall to get wet. Not many places to eat in close proximity.  Airconditioning would either freeze you out or cook you. A charge is necessary to use pool. I will not stay again and suggest all others to find accommodations elsewhere.
